Yoga can solve just about any problem, from shedding those extra pounds to healing emotional distress, from overcoming sleep disorders to reducing chronic pain. My goal is to help each student find their best self, physcially, mentally and emotionally, both on and off the mat. Whether it's through a vigorous, powerful asana (posture) practice, a soft meditative flow, a pranayama (breathing) practice, or guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), yoga has the power to heal you from the inside out, and from that place, you can manifest your wildest dreams into reality. It's my honor to share yoga with you.
Yoga is my life. It's everywhere, in everything. It brings me peace and understanding, compassion and grace. It started purely on the physical level. I was hooked from my very first flow class, feeling that I had glimpsed into the power of knowing every single muscle of my body. Then, as my body began to unwind, I got a clear view into my thoughts, which lead me to develop an invaluable practice of mindfulness. Yoga reminds me to set my intentions clearly, to live with effort, yet without strain and to stay present in my ever unfolding life.
